Appointment Cancellation Policy

Locks and Lashes has a 48 hour cancellation policy. Appointments are required to be cancelled at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of a minimum 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. If the price of the scheduled appointment is less than $50, you may be charged the full amount of the service.

No shows will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment. This fee will be required to be paid in order to book your future appointments.

This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists, estheticians, massage therapists, and clients. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.

Late Client Policy

We understand that life comes with unexpected delays. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 15 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call us!

We work hard to schedule the proper amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often difficult to do without disrupting the schedule for any remaining clients that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.

Confirmation Texts and Emails

As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. You will receive an email and/or text to confirm your service prior to your appointment, if we have your information on file. We confirm in advance as a courtesy because we know how hectic life can be and it is easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.

Service Satisfaction

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us and schedule a redo of your service within 10 days of your last visit.

Damaged Products

We will replace any damaged product (pump failure, etc.) within 30 days of purchase and as long as item is not expired. If your damaged item is no longer available at time of return, you will be issued an exchange for similar product for equal or less value or we will put an order in for replacement product and you will be notified once the order has arrived. If replacement product is unavailable for ordering or we no longer carry that specific product, you may be issued a refund if the purchase date is no longer than 30 days prior.

Gift Certificates

NO refunds will be given for gift certificate purchases. Gift certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.
